The narrow country lane from the village centre has no pavement and has a small incline. Both the access drive from that lane, and Hayne Close are fairly steep slopes.
There is car parking space immediately outside the front door and level access to the entrance hall and all downstairs guest areas.

St. Mary's has only one guest bedroom which is located up a normal flight of stairs, although there is a half landing after 4 steps up and a handrail on one side.
